THE #1 BRAND IN HOME TEXTILES, COLCHAS CONCORD IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT... We are seeking a Store Manager for the Price Plaza del Sol, Queretaro branch. Main functions:
Achievement and follow-up of monthly sales and affiliation goals.
Supervision and accompaniment of the team.
Strategies for increasing sales and product placement.
Timely and proper delivery of orders.
Inventory control.
Management of sales and affiliation indicators.
80% in-store and 20% field work.
Attention to and resolution of situations with our partners.
Staff training and development.
Report preparation and administrative follow-up. We offer:
Gross monthly salary of 12,160 paid weekly.
Weekly and monthly commissions.
Monthly punctuality bonus from 750 to 1250.
Training bonuses. Monthly commissions.
