Some of what you will be doing:
Supporting Head Chef in Kitchen Operations: Support daily culinary operations across both hotels, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Team Leadership and Development: Supervise, train, and inspire the kitchen team along side the other Sous Chef's to maintain a positive, efficient, and professional work environment.
Food Safety and Compliance: Ensure all kitchen practices meet health, safety, and hygiene regulations, with strict adherence to HACCP standards.
