EMVI Coordinator - Senior Tenderstrateeg

In this role, you will actively work on great tenders for Dutch projects in the field of, among other things, dike reinforcement, quays, harbors, and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, such as the A16, Afsluitdijk, and the HWBP Dike Reinforcement projects. Important projects for a water-rich country like the Netherlands, where the EMVI part of the bid weighs heavily or even determines the winning of the tender. As a senior tender strategist, you will analyze the client's request together with your tender team and be able to look through the eyes of the client. You will translate the tender strategy into a winning approach and set up EMVI plans with your team. You will translate technical content into understandable measures and are driven to achieve the best EMVI result. You will work closely with experts with a diverse background. Together, you will come up with the best solutions! You will be part of an enthusiastic and involved team of six colleagues, two of whom are other tender strategists, so they can spar and learn from each other. Additionally, you will be part of tender teams that vary in composition depending on the size of the bid. We will choose projects where the organization can truly stand out, where a high quality level is required, and where we can add significant value. For example, in the field of vision, quality, approach, and sustainability. You are a skilled and experienced writer who enjoys digging into technical topics and gaining knowledge. You are curious, critical, creative, can listen well, and connect so that you can take a central and coordinating role in the EMVI process.

• Completed HBO or WO education
• You have at least 5-6 years of experience as a Tenderstrateeg
• At least 4 days a week available;
• You have affinity with the Ground-, Road-, and (Water) Construction sector;
• You possess excellent written and spoken language skills in the Dutch language.

For this great role, you will receive a prime compensation package, which will be between 86k and a maximum of 100k, depending on your previous knowledge and experience.
