Development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Identification and mitigation of risks. Coordination with project partners and customers. Preparation and presentation of project reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams. Continuous learning and professional development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in mechanical engineering, plant construction, or a related field. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office. Proficiency in German and English.
