Employment Specialist

Right now, we are looking for an Employment Specialist to play a pivotal role in our Employability Services in Merton. Sounds great, what will I be doing? You will support a caseload of 20 – 25 clients to find competitive and sustained employment. As an Employment Specialist, you will work closely with clients to identify their strengths, skills, and aspirations, and develop tailored action plans to help them achieve their goals. This may involve providing guidance on job search strategies, CV writing, interview preparation, and job application techniques. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client progress and outcomes, and contributing to the development of new initiatives and projects within our Employability Services team.
