Employment Relations Advisor - Hybrid

Salary; Up to £35,000 dependant on experience This role is a hybrid with some travel required across our locations in the North West, Yorkshire and Midlands, with occasional group wide meetings across our locations in the UK. As an Employment Relations Advisor - Hybrid, you will be responsible for providing employment relations advice and guidance to our staff across the organisation, ensuring that we are compliant with relevant legislation and best practice. You will also work closely with our HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support our organisational objectives.
