This firm is a large, highly respected national law firm located in the CBD, conveniently close to public transport, shopping and even a few bike parks if you commute by bike. The firm is seeking an employment lawyer with 3+ years experience to join its established employment law team in the Auckland office. The team, led by experienced market leading Partners, has over 15 lawyers and several Administrators.

About the Firm:
The practice covers all aspects of employment law, including:

• Corporate restructures and acquisitions
• Personal grievances
• Employment agreements and policies
• Health and safety
• Human rights and Privacy
• Collective bargaining
• Disciplinary and performance management processes
• Union matters and litigation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on various employment law matters
• Represent clients in employment litigation, appearing in Court
• Attend mediations and manage diverse employment disputes
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies
• Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess solid employment law experience along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Those with extensive civil litigation experience looking to move into employment matters will find this a great opportunity, as the firm is open to seriously considering such candidates.
