What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage your client base with full autonomy while helping to shape the future of the practice.
- Lead complex employment, IR and executive matters
- Drive client development and relationship expansion
- Mentor mid-level lawyers and build workflow systems
- Collaborate with leadership on team planning and growth
- 6+ years’ PQE in employment or workplace law
- Transferable practice of $200K+
- Strategic mindset with mentoring and business acumen
- Desire to move into formal leadership within 12–18 months
- Tailored pathway to Directorship (equity optional over time)
