Our Auckland team is looking for Employment Consultant who strive to help people flourish and achieve vocational independence. The role can be based anywhere across Auckland, offering flexibility in location. Main responsibilities: Source employment vacancies via face-to-face employer visits and online job boards; Build relationships with employers to identify suitable job opportunities for clients; Provide tailored support to clients to prepare them for the workforce; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care; Develop and maintain knowledge of local labour market trends, industry developments and job market conditions. The ideal candidate will have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Experience in employment services or a related field; Understanding of the rehabilitation sector and its challenges; Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
