In this role, you’ll support people to find and keep jobs they value, while working with employers to create inclusive workplaces. About us Sign for Work, part of Deaf Children Australia, has been a Deaf and hard of hearing specialist provider of Disability Employment Services (DES) for over 20 years. From 1 November 2025, we will deliver the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Deaf and hard of hearing specialist services. As an Employment Coach – Deaf & Hard of Hearing Specialist, you will work with job seekers who are deaf or hard of hearing to identify their strengths, skills, and interests, and develop a personalized employment plan that aligns with their goals. You will also work closely with employers to create inclusive workplaces that value diversity and inclusion. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people who are deaf or hard of hearing, and contribute to creating a more inclusive society.
