Employment Coach – Deaf & Hard of Hearing Specialist

About us Sign for Work, part of Deaf Children Australia, has been a Deaf and hard of hearing specialist provider of Disability Employment Services (DES) for over 20 years. From 1 November 2025, we will deliver the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Deaf and hard of hearing specialist services. As an Employment Coach – Deaf & Hard of Hearing Specialist, you will work with job seekers who are deaf or hard of hearing to identify their strengths, skills, and interests, and develop a personalized employment plan that aligns with their goals. You will also work closely with employers to create inclusive workplaces that value diversity and inclusion.
