Employer Branding Consultant (m/w/d)

We are Gessulat + Gessulat, a multiple award-winning agency with 100% focus on Employer Branding and career websites. For over 13 years, we have been developing authentic and sustainable employer brands – for medium-sized enterprises, trade, industry, ministries, and the public sector. Our references include, among others, the Federal Administration, Suzuki, City of Munich, Montblanc, and RTL.

Aufgaben

You will accompany customer projects throughout their entire lifecycle and take on real responsibility:

• New Business: You participate in tenders, conduct first meetings with potential customers, and convince in pitches
• Strategieentwicklung: You conduct cultural analyses, employee surveys, and stakeholder interviews, develop employer value propositions, and work out implementation strategies
• Beratung: You take on strategic customer consulting with well-founded recommendations and active process management – from concept to roll-out
• Projektmanagement: You steer the creative team, align concepts and campaigns with customers, and keep an eye on quality, timing, and budgets
• Projektverantwortung: You create offers, plan budgets, control costs, and take responsibility for the financial processing, including invoicing

Qualifikation

• Completed studies in psychology, business psychology, communication, or comparable qualification
• Ideal candidate with work experience in an agency, consulting, or HR
• Strategic thinking and conceptual strength
• Excellent consulting skills with the ability to guide customers through complex processes
• Genuine interest in people, corporate culture, and organizational issues
• Hands-on mentality with self-directed, structured, and precise working style
• Communication strength and confident appearance in customer meetings and presentations
• Kaufmännisches Verständnis für Projektbudgets und Wirtschaftlichkeit
• Negotiation-safe German and very good English skills
