Employer Branding Consultant - Beratung und Business Development (m/w/d)

We are Gessulat + Gessulat, a multiple award-winning agency with 100% focus on Employer Branding and career websites. For over 13 years, we have been developing authentic and sustainable employer brands – for medium-sized enterprises, trade, industry, ministries, and the public sector. Our references include Bundestagsverwaltung, Suzuki, Stadtwerke München, Montblanc, and RTL.

Aufgaben

You will take on a hybrid role with two equal focal points:

Employer Branding Beratung (50%):

• Conducting culture analyses, employee surveys, and stakeholder interviews
• Developing employer value propositions and implementation strategies
• Strategic customer consulting with informed recommendations and active process management – from concept to roll-out
• Steering the creative team and aligning concepts with customers
• Project responsibility with budget planning and cost control

Business Development (50%):

• Lead generation through LinkedIn, network building, and content marketing
• Creating whitepapers, case studies, and expert articles to showcase our expertise
• Planning and organizing customer events, webinars, and trade show appearances
• Fundraising for first meetings, qualifying leads, and accompanying pitches
• Identifying and developing cross-selling and upselling potential with existing customers
• Pipeline management, offer creation, and forecasting

Qualifikation

• Degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Communication, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in an agency, consulting firm, or HR with demonstrable interest in sales and acquisition
• Fundamental understanding of Employer Branding and HR marketing
• Strategic thinking and conceptual strength
• Communication skills and convincing appearance at decision-maker level
• Hands-on mentality with self-directed, structured, and precise working style
• Pleasure in working with people, company culture, and sales themes
• Negotiation-proof German and very good English language skills
