Job description
Optimization and digitalization of existing processes for order management and transport logistics
Support in introducing new digital tools and transport management systems (TMS, EDI)
Determination of controlling data and relevant key figures for performance measurement
Closely working with internal departments such as sales, procurement, intralogistics, and IT
Disposition of freight space and tour planning in an international environment
Control and monitoring of order processing in order management
Transport allocation to logistics service providers and daily coordination with forwarders
Import processing
Complaint handling and customer-oriented troubleshooting
