Join our team as Regional Employee Experience & Labor Relations Manager We’re looking for a strategic leader to design and implement integrated labor relations and employee experience strategies that ensure legal compliance, organizational harmony, and a culture focused on well-being, inclusion, and engagement. What will you do? Develop regional Employee Experience strategies, mapping moments that matter and enhancing the employee lifecycle. Monitor workplace climate and anticipate risks through regular surveys and focus groups. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and implement effective labor relations strategies aligned with business objectives. Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including union representatives, government agencies, and community organizations.
