As an Employee Relations Manager , you will be responsible for managing HR operations, grievance redressal, and legal compliance. This role demands a proactive and empathetic approach, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees. Responsibilities * Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. * Advise and coach managers and employees on employee relations matters, policies, and procedures. * Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. * Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively. * Conduct workplace investigations and prepare comprehensive reports. * Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures. * Partner with HR Business Partners to address employee relations issues. * Stay up-to-date on employment law and HR best practices. * Manage and track employee relations metrics, such as turnover and grievances. * Support the company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. * Collaborate with legal counsel on employee relations matters. * Provide training to managers and employees on employee relations topics. * Participate in HR projects as needed. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. * Experience conducting workplace investigations. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
