Tasks - Planning and controlling production orders taking into account deadlines and capacities - Creating and maintaining work plans, part lists, and process documentation - Ensuring material availability and coordinating with procurement - Monitoring and optimizing production processes regarding quality and efficiency - Supporting the introduction of new products and manufacturing technologies - Analyzing existing processes and developing improvement proposals - Creating production key figures and reports for process monitoring - Close cooperation with production, procurement, and logistics. Profile - Completed technical education, ideally with further education in preparation or production planning - Experience in preparation, production planning, or similar fields - Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and safe handling of MS Office - Organizational talent and a solution-oriented working style - Technical understanding and affinity for numbers and processes - Good communication skills and teamwork - Good German knowledge, English knowledge an advantage - Self-initiative and engagement in optimizing workflows.
