You will:

• be a telephone/r contact person for our customers to clarify issues and inquiries from our parking garages
• initiate measures to resolve issues
• actively participate in maintaining master data
• stand by our customers in the shift system (including weekends and public holidays)
• takes advantage of a fixed schedule that provides 4 weeks' advance planning security. Additionally, you will have a vacation entitlement of 30 days per year

You have:

• good communication skills, ideally also in dealing with difficult situations
• Eigeninitiative and team spirit, as well as high customer orientation and communication skills
• Pleasure in working with a PC
• A high degree of flexibility and willingness to work in a changing shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
• ideally good English language skills, and additional foreign language skills are an asset
