Your tasks Evaluation of failures according to the Six-Sigma method
Implementation and verification of fault correction measures
Triggering and moderation of construction/proces-FMEAs for risk prevention in collaboration with relevant departments
Proactive performance of safety-relevant production and product checks within series production
Participation in risk analyses and analysis of results
Coordination of FuSi topics regarding the product development process
Creation and administration of databases (product launch documentation)
Coordination and implementation of training on the topic of FuSi
Further development and optimization of methods and processes
Your profile Completed technical degree or comparable qualification
Practical experience with Automotive-QM Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, 8D-Reporting, MSA, PPAP, SPC, etc.)
Knowledge of quality standards regarding the norms ISO 26262, IATF 16949 and ASPICE
Moderation experience - FMEA analyses
Solid knowledge of FMEA tools/methods
Good MS Office and SAP knowledge
Very good English skills in word and writing
International travel readiness
Team player with high communication skills
Analytical, solution-oriented and proactive working style
