Employee Experience Partner

Job Description At NEXTDC, we know our people are the key to our success. We’re looking for a passionate Employee Experience Partner to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month parental leave cover, driving initiatives that make NEXTDC a place where people feel connected, included, and inspired to do their best work. In this role, you’ll lead and shape the programs that define our culture and employee experience. Specifically, you will: Lead and evolve our Employee Listening Strategy, including developing and implementing surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to ensure we’re hearing from all voices across the organization. You will also: Develop and execute a comprehensive Employee Experience Plan, incorporating insights gathered through our Employee Listening Strategy, to drive initiatives that foster a sense of belonging, inclusivity, and engagement among our employees. This role requires strong collaboration with various stakeholders, including People & Culture team members, business leaders, and employee representatives. As an Employee Experience Partner, you will be responsible for: Designing and delivering programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion; Developing and implementing initiatives to support employee well-being and mental health; Collaborating with HR Business Partners to develop and implement people strategies aligned with our organizational goals; Providing expert advice and guidance on employee experience-related matters to senior leaders and business stakeholders.
