WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TALENTED AND MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE AND DIGITAL WORKPLACE CONSULTANT. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: • Developing and implementing employee experience strategies that drive engagement, retention, and productivity. • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver digital workplace solutions that meet the needs of employees and business leaders. • Conducting analysis and providing recommendations on how to improve employee experience metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), and overall satisfaction. • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities for process improvement, and developing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve employee experience and digital workplace strategies.
