Job description
- Written and telephone processing of open claims in the pre-judicial and judicial area
- Communication with debtors, lawyers, debt counseling and clients
- Clearing up payment arrears, agreeing on individual payment targets and installment plans
- Negotiation and conclusion of settlement agreements
- Telephone customer service (Inbound/Outbound) in the call center environment
- Data collection and processing of requests in our debt collection software as well as forwarding to responsible departments
