Job description

As a Sales Support, you are the administrative pillar of our Retail department, which is in direct contact with individual clients. You support both our clients and internal commercial team in all administrative follow-up.

In concrete terms, your missions include :

  • Completing and keeping up-to-date client files
  • Managing documents related to sales and services (e.g. financing requests from banks)
  • Following up with precision on payments and contracts
  • Transmitting necessary information to colleagues and stakeholders in a timely and correct manner
  • Contributing to an organized work environment and optimal customer experience
