Employee Accounting M/w/d

The employee accounting m/w/d will be responsible for the following tasks: • Accounting and financial reporting in accordance with Swiss GAAP and IFRS; • Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; • Analysis and interpretation of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement; • Development and implementation of accounting processes and procedures; • Coordination with internal stakeholders, such as management and other departments; • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and files; • Compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; • 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; • Knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
