Our client is a prestigious Company operating in the metalmechanical sector and has entrusted us with the selection: 1 Employee / A for Process Quality Control The resource will be inserted into a structured and dynamic corporate context and will be responsible for all activities related to verifying compliance with quality process standards. Role and Responsibilities: - Supervision of process performance based on ISO9001 - Analysis of customer requests - Verifications to identify non-conformities - Management according to the Report 8D (structured approach to problem-solving where a team is formed and tasked with investigating the root cause of a production problem) - Identification of clear and defined operating norms to be transferred to all internal organizational units - Internal training management (operational and administrative figures) Reporting hierarchy: Quality Manager Required skills for participating in selections: - Previous experience in similar roles in analogous sectors (preferably in the metalmechanical sector) - Excellent knowledge of ISO9001 and certifications - Technical degree preferred - Fluent English - Seriousness, scrupulousness, strong motivation, and precision - Excellent PC usage capacity - Good communication skills: the resource will interface with customers/suppliers, external consultants, workers, employees, etc. - Possession of a B driving license, self-driven Sede di lavoro: Novi Ligure Orario di lavoro: full-time from Monday to Friday, office hours Tipologia contrattuale: to be defined based on the profile (also considering direct employment at will) Pacchetto retributivo a budget: CCNL Metalmeccanico PMI, level commensurate with experience The offer is addressed to candidates of both sexes in accordance with D.lgs 198/2006 and ss.mm.ii. and Decrees n. 215 and 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
