Apply now to join our growing team! (Cover letter required + CV). ARPEJ is looking for a MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEE M/F IN A WORK-STUDY PROGRAM FOR A DURATION OF 1 YEAR. Sector Ile-de-France 94/77. You will be responsible for carrying out small maintenance interventions in several trades (electricity, plumbing); more generally, due to the versatility of your interventions, you will contribute to the safety of property and people, you will contribute to the quality of service, and you will contribute to the quality of customer relations and to the respect of ARPEJ's values. MISSIONS: You will carry out: - Small Maintenance: small maintenance interventions in housing (logbook), report any malfunction observed within the residence as well as any resident behavior contrary to internal regulations, inventory, anticipate and manage the stock of small equipment and supplies, contribute to the quality of service. - Technical Management: control visits of safety equipment and installations governed by regulatory maintenance contracts, carry out preventive maintenance tasks (examples: door hinges, valve operation), you may be involved in the acceptance of works; participate in technical budget programming. - Safety: necessary interventions and reporting to preserve the safety of property and people and to maintain equipment, furniture, and building elements (interior and exterior). - Reporting: preparation of activity reporting under the responsibility of your tutor by completing the logbook; budget and stock monitoring (equipment, supplies). - Social Life of Residences: in support of local teams, logistics during collective events in the residences... - Employee Savings Scheme (PEE and PERECO) - Working Hours: Flexible hours - Meal Vouchers - 13th Month Salary - Public Transport: 70% employer contribution - Work clothes and PPE provided by the company Type of Employment: Work-Study Program License/Certificate: Driving License B (Required)
