Your role and its impact :
You will be at the heart of international operations, ensuring the smooth flow of exchanges between clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Your mission directly contributes to customer satisfaction and the reputation of the brand internationally.
Your responsibilities :
- Manage client orders from A to Z
- Maintain solid relationships with clients and suppliers
- Issue supplier orders and plan shipments
- Prepare export documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.) in compliance with letters of credit and customs procedures
Profile
Desired profile :
- Bachelor's degree in a commercial, economic, or administrative orientation (foreign trade, logistics, assistant direction…)
- Excellent mastery of French and English (oral and written)
- English imperative: level B2
- Dynamism, versatility, and sense of responsibility
- Respect for deadlines and rigor in applying procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to manage stress
- Autonomy, organization, and good presentation
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
