Job description
Currently, we are looking for mystery shoppers throughout Switzerland, especially in Crissier, for consultations, services, and products. If this interests you and you want to contribute to improving customer service quality in renowned companies, this could be the perfect side job for you.
Your Missions
Carrying out mystery shopping assignments in various sectors and markets.
Observing and evaluating the customer experience on-site.
Documenting observations and evaluations according to predefined criteria.
Completing questionnaires about the mystery shopping assignments carried out.
Close collaboration with the team to discuss learnings and possible improvements.
Your Skills
Be at least 18 years old.
Car driver's license.
Interest in market research and mystery shopping.
Communication skills and good observation skills.
Reliability and accuracy in task execution.
Basic computer skills.
Residing in Switzerland.
