Your Missions

• Carrying out mystery shopping assignments in various sectors and markets.

• Observing and evaluating the customer experience on-site.

• Documenting observations and evaluations according to predefined criteria.

• Completing questionnaires about the mystery shopping assignments carried out.

• Close collaboration with the team to discuss learnings and potential improvements.

Your Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Car driving license.

• Interest in market research and mystery shopping.

• Communication skills and a good sense of observation.

• Reliability and accuracy in task execution.

• Basic computer skills.

• Resident in Switzerland.
