In-person Customer Service and Business Development Employee

Personnel is sought for in-person customer service and business development in Mieres (Asturias). The functions include conducting unannounced visits to establishments to evaluate the service received, protocol compliance, and user experience. It will also be necessary to record and analyze the data obtained after each service audit, maintaining maximum objectivity at all times. Furthermore, prospecting and customer acquisition will be carried out, presenting proposals and managing the existing portfolio. The market will be analyzed and follow-up will be conducted to retain clients. It is important to have commercial skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, as well as adaptability and flexibility to adjust the presentation according to the interlocutor and the sector visited. An indefinite full-time contract is offered, with a split schedule from Monday to Friday: from 10 AM to 2 PM in the morning and from 4 PM to 8 PM in the afternoon. The salary will be established according to the sector's agreement.
