Rheumapraxis Markkleeberg | 25–40 hours/week

We are looking for a friendly and engaged person for patient reception and practice organization at our newly opened, modern rheumatology practice in Markkleeberg (Koburger Straße 50). We particularly welcome applicants with medical background, e.g. from nursing, MTA, OTA or comparable professions.

Our rheumatology practice is young, modern and in the process of establishing itself. We work with joy, openness and team spirit to establish a high-quality patient care. The team consists of one doctor and two medical assistants – supplemented by you as an important first point of contact for our patients.

The employer is the alphaomega Labor, the workplace is exclusively our rheumatology practice in Koburger Straße 50 in Markkleeberg.

Tasks

• Friendly Patient Reception and Care
• Scheduling appointments, telephone management and coordination of practice operations
• Administrative tasks (documentation, organization, preparation)
• Tight cooperation with doctor and medical assistants
• Willingness to learn medical tasks such as blood draws (structured onboarding process)

Qualification

• Completed medical education, e.g.: nursing / healthcare and nursing, MTA / MTLA / comparable
• Pleasure in dealing with people and an empathetic approach
• Organizational talent, reliability and team spirit
• Interest in a long-term work placement in a specialized practice
• Motivation to get involved in new tasks
