- general reception tasks including answering and forwarding calls as well as mail processing
- receiving visitors and contact person for guests and employees
- initiating measures in special cases
- issuing access cards
- archiving documents
Working hours: from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 AM and 19:00 PM in the scope of a part-time employment (30 weekly working hours).
