- allgemeine Empfangstätigkeiten inkl. der Annahme und Weiterleitung von Anrufen sowie die Postverwaltung
- Empfang von Besucher*innen und Ansprechpartner*in für Gäste und Mitarbeiter*innen
- Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei besonderen Vorfällen
- Vergabe von Zutrittskarten
- Archivieren von Dokumenten
Dienstzeiten: von Montag bis Sonntag zwischen 07:00 Uhr und 19:00 Uhr.
