- general reception tasks including answering and forwarding calls as well as mail administration
- receiving (international) visitors and contact person for guests and employees
- issuing access cards and keys
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM based on a 15 hour week.
