Job Description
We are looking for a receptionist for a major customer in the T-Center with the following tasks:
- general reception activities (e.g. answering and forwarding calls, registering visitors, issuing access cards, etc.)
- reception of visitors and contact person for guests and employees
- documentation of relevant data and occurrences related to the object
- initiation of measures in special cases
Working hours: From Monday to Friday in different shifts between 07:00 am and 19:00 pm.
