Job description
Our focus is on providing professional guest service - from a warm welcome at check-in to a friendly farewell. In addition, you will be responsible for the following:
- Caring for our guests including check-in and check-out
- Verifying and processing reservations, overbookings, and options
- Billing and cost management, including cash handling and accounting
- Organizational and administrative tasks in both front- and back-office areas (e.g. managing non-shows, responding to emails)
- Gaining insights into new areas of responsibility through collaboration with our multicultural team
