Your Tasks:

• You will take over typical reception tasks
• You will answer phone calls and arrange appointments
• You will complete various coordination tasks
• You will personally care for customers
• You will ensure a smooth business flow, as well as responsible information transfer

Your Profile:

• You have a commercial education and experiences in the reception area
• You master the German language securely, possibly with good English skills
• You have learned to handle PCs and MS Office confidently
• You possess very good communicative organizational skills
• Your service- and customer-oriented approach is high, your appearance is convincing and your work style reliable
