Job Description: PARAMEDIC $52,990.08 / year depending on experience 5k sign-on bonus with full-time commitment We’re hiring Paramedics that are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality service and advanced patient care to our customers. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols. Utilize your Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures including defibrillator, ECG, and other life-saving interventions. Provide high-quality patient care in emergency situations, utilizing advanced life support techniques and medications as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions between levels of care. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and the community. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and services. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes. Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements through ongoing education and training.
