EMEA Finance Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven EMEA Finance Operations Analyst to support performance visibility and industrial controlling across the EMEA region. Based 40 min north west of Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, structuring, consolidating, and analyzing industrial data to enable accurate performance monitoring, support industrial month-end closing, and drive fact-based decision-making. You will ensure reporting is timely, standardized, and reliable. Your tasks will include: • Collecting, structuring, consolidating, and analyzing industrial data; • Enabling accurate performance monitoring; • Supporting industrial month-end closing; • Driving fact-based decision-making; • Ensuring reporting is timely, standardized, and reliable. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; • 3+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or a related field; • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
