Tasks:

• Responsibility for the implementation of automated software tests for a Fire-Smoke-System - Definition of test cases based on software requirements - Verify the test coverage in the requirement management tool IBM Rational Doors - Development of test scripts in Python - Conducting hardware/software integration tests (High Level Testing) - Creation of test scripts in the VectorCast/C++ tool - Conducting low-level tests - Interfaces are digital and analog I/Os, CAN-Bus, RS232, and SPI

Qualifications:

• Study of electrical engineering, computer science, aerospace, mechatronics or comparable education with experience in embedded software development - 3 years of professional experience - Knowledge in functional testing on embedded systems - Professional experience and knowledge of aerospace standards in software development and software testing - In-depth knowledge of Python - In-depth knowledge of Doors - Knowledge of the programming language C desirable - Knowledge of VectorCAST/C++ desirable - Good German and English skills in writing and speaking
