• the assumption of responsibility for the implementation of automated software tests for a Fire-Smoke-System

• the definition of test cases based on software requirements

• the verification of test coverage in the requirement management tool IBM Rational DOORS

• the development of test scripts in Python

• the performance of hardware/software integration tests (High-Level-Testing)

• the creation of test scripts with the VectorCast/C++ tool

• the performance of Low-Level-Tests

• work with interfaces such as digital and analog I/Os, CAN-Bus, RS232 and SPI
  

Du begeisterst uns durch

• a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Aerospace or Mechatronics (at least Bachelor) or a comparable qualification with a focus on embedded software development

• more than three years of professional experience in the fields of electrical engineering/electronics and development, as well as fundamental knowledge in functional testing on embedded systems; experiences with aerospace standards in software development are an advantage

• in-depth application knowledge in Python and the requirement management tool DOORS; knowledge in the programming language C and experience with VectorCAST/C++ are desirable

• very good German and English skills for creating technical documentation
