Embedded Software Developer - Automotive (m/w/d)

As an extension to our team, we are looking for an experienced embedded software engineer.

Your Tasks

• Development of embedded software, primarily in C, with limited scope also in C++ and Python
• Design and implementation of application software for radar sensors in the areas of automotive, industry, and defense
• Integration of software modules from other groups, creation and adaptation of software interfaces
• Unit- and integration tests (GoogleTest and PyTest)
• Participation in the software development process: creation of feature tickets, analysis, implementation, testing
• Customer interaction regarding requirements, tests, and problem-solving

Your Strengths

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable field
• In addition to very good programming skills in C/C++, fundamental Python knowledge is important
• Desirable would be experiences with relevant systems such as JIRA, Redmine, and GIT
• Knowledge of Linux would also be beneficial
• You work well in a team and possess a "hands-on mentality"
• Good to very good English skills are necessary
