What you can expect:

• Design, implementation, and testing of Embedded Software for SoCs, evaluation boards, and customer-specific platforms

• Development of Drivers, Middlewares, and applications for PoC-Systems and technical prototypes

• Integration of Partner-SDKs and internal modules to support HW/SW-Co-Design and debugging

• Participation in the development and validation of new Satellite Communication Technologies

• Support for System Integration, testing, and commissioning of embedded platforms

• Interdisciplinary collaboration as well as documentation of Software Design, integration, and development standards

To fill this position, certain professional and personal requirements are helpful. The following requirements give you an overview of the experiences and properties that are beneficial for this role.

What you should bring:

• Degree in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, or comparable technical field

• Multiple years of experience in Embedded Software Development with C/C++, ideally supplemented by Python

• Knowledge of RTOS, Embedded Linux, SOC-Architectures, as well as FPGA and Board-Bring-Up

• Experience with Driver Development and Communication Protocols like Ethernet and TCP/IP

• Basic knowledge of 3GPP 5G/6G-Technologies or other modern communication standards is beneficial

• Safe handling of Git-Workflows as well as structured Debugging- and Problem-Solving Competence

• Very good English skills as well as basic German skills
