We are looking for an Embedded IoT / Firmware Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our connected products.
This is a hands-on engineering role covering embedded firmware, sensors, connectivity, secure device provisioning, cloud integration and end-to-end product validation. You will work with real production IoT devices and be involved in both development and field deployment.

Your responsibilities:
You will be involved in the complete lifecycle of our connected devices, including:
Additional advantages:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in embedded software or firmware development
- Strong experience with C/C++ and production firmware
- Experience with microcontrollers such as ARM Cortex-M and ESP32 / ESP-IDF
- Experience with FreeRTOS or a similar RTOS
- Experience working with industrial sensors, including temperature, pressure, conductivity, level and battery monitoring
- Knowledge of ADC, I2C, SPI, UART and digital I/O
- Experience with Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, MQTT and Bluetooth / BLE
- Experience using debugging tools such as JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and multimeters
- Familiarity with STM32CubeMX, Python and Git
- Knowledge of TLS, X.509 certificates and AWS IoT Core
- Understanding of secure device provisioning, persistent storage, watchdogs, recovery mechanisms and field diagnostics
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Category B driving licence is mandatory
- Willingness to travel to clients, mainly within Europe
- Degree or equivalent background in Computer Engineering, Automation, Electronics or a related field
Your responsibilities:
You will be involved in the complete lifecycle of our connected devices, including:
- Sensor acquisition, calibration and validation
- Secure device provisioning and certificate management
- MQTT telemetry and device communication
- Persistent configuration and credential storage
- Remote diagnostics and fault analysis
- Firmware stability, recovery and maintainability
- Troubleshooting across firmware, hardware, connectivity and cloud systems
- End-to-end testing of connected devices
- Supporting commissioning and field validation at client locations
Additional advantages:
- Experience with OTA updates, secure boot, signed firmware, secure elements, industrial interfaces such as 4–20 mA / 0–10 V, cybersecurity-aware product development, manufacturing, commissioning or field deployment of connected devices is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language is also an advantage.
