You’ll lead strategy for a portfolio of fast-growing DTC brands, helping them deepen customer loyalty, increase LTV, and turn email into a powerful driver of growth. As an Email Marketing Strategist (Lifecycle & Retention), you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive email marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and ultimately revenue growth. This includes but is not limited to: Developing and implementing lifecycle email campaigns that are tailored to specific customer segments and designed to drive desired behaviors. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate email marketing efforts with other marketing channels and business objectives. Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for optimization. Staying up-to-date on the latest email marketing best practices, industry trends, and platform developments to continuously improve our strategies and tactics. Providing expert-level guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners on email marketing strategy, execution, and measurement. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle email campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
