Email Marketing Specialist

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll help plan and execute email and SMS campaigns for multiple marketing projects.

• Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns.
• Set up and maintain automated flows with testing and QA.
• Help create briefs and content calendars from strategy notes.
• Pull and organize performance reports and flag insights.

• Track deliverables and deadlines to keep projects on schedule.
  

• Klaviyo, Postscript/Attentive, Shopify, Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, and Figma. (Bonus if you’re familiar with subscription tools like Recharge or Stay.ai.)

Requirements

• 1-3+ years in email/SMS marketing (agency or DTC brand).
• C1 English fluency or equivalent.
• Experience using Klaviyo and Shopify required.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and time zones.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to grow.
