Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
USD Salary: $1,280 - $1,600 per month | $8 - $10 per hour (Open to negotiation based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to support our team in building and scheduling marketing emails in Klaviyo. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our email campaigns are executed on time, look great across devices, and align with our brand voice and marketing goals.

• Assist in building and scheduling campaigns per week in Klaviyo.
• Design email layouts that align with brand guidelines and best practices.
• Segment lists and apply personalization strategies to increase engagement.
• Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with the team to align email content with overall marketing initiatives.
• Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and tested across platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing email campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (deliverability, design, segmentation, automation).
• Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, or similar) preferred.
• Experience with retail brands is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently within deadlines.
