Job Description:
We are looking for an Email Marketing Associate to develop and execute engaging email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have experience in email marketing tools and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, schedule, and optimize email campaigns
Segment audiences and personalize email content
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations

Requirements:

0 -3 years of email marketing experience.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
Strong analytical and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
