Email Marketing / CRM Manager (m/w/d)

CARI Nutrition is a modern Female-Health company. We develop high-quality supplements for PCOS, PMS, Endometriose, Wechseljahre and other hormonal topics. Our goal is to connect evidence-based products with honest education and support people with hormonal complaints comprehensively.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a CRM Manager (m/w/d) for the DACH market, who thinks strategically and implements operationally.

Aufgaben

• You will take over the strategic and operational responsibility for our entire Email- & Newsletter-Kommunikation in the DACH market.
• You will design, build, and optimize automated CRM- & Email-Flows along the Customer Journey (e.g. Welcome, Education, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase).
• You will develop a targeted, personalized customer approach through segmentation and data-based CRM.
• You will analyze and report all Email- & CRM-measures based on relevant KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, Revenue) and lead concrete optimization measures.
• You will be responsible for our Email-/CRM-Tool (e.g. Klaviyo, Charles) including setup, testing, and further development.
• You will work closely with the Content-, Performance-, and Brand-Team together and ensure a consistent brand and tone.
• You will bring your own ideas to strengthen kundenbindung, Education, and trust sustainably.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in Email Marketing / CRM, ideally in E-Commerce or D2C.
• Very good understanding of Customer Journeys, segmentation, and automated flows.
• Familiarity with common Email- & CRM-Tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Charles etc.).
• Strong analytical skills paired with creative copywriting understanding.
• Structured, self-reliant, and hands-on-oriented work style.
• Teamwork ability, reliability, and a good sense for clean processes.
• Interest in hormonal health, supplements or Female Health is a big plus.
• Very good German language skills.
• Copywriting skills.
