Email Marketing / CRM Manager (Klaviyo / E-Commerce) (m/f/d) + AI Automation

You will be responsible for our CRM across three brands in three countries – analytically and operationally. The focus is on data, logic, and systems: you will identify where potential lies, build the segmentation behind it, and automate what can be automated.

You will produce copy and creative briefings yourself with AI support and receive support from the team where you need it.

Tasks

• Full analytical and operational responsibility for the CRM across three brands in three countries
• Audit and further development of all Klaviyo flows: trigger logic, segmentation depth, performance
• Establish A/B test framework: clear hypotheses, minimum run times, evaluation logic
• AI-assisted production of copy and creative briefings across all brands
• Fully automated CRM reporting via Klaviyo MCP
• Development of further CRM channels: WhatsApp, SMS, Mailing

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally e-commerce or D2C
• In-depth Klaviyo experience: flows, segmentation, custom properties, events
• You think in terms of data, logic, and systems – not in campaign aesthetics
• Understanding of data models and tracking: you identify incorrectly arriving events before anyone else does
• You work AI-first and produce copy and briefings yourself
• Full personal responsibility: no copywriter, no dedicated graphic designer in the team
• Very good German and English language skills
