You'll be the driving force behind compelling, data-driven email automations that help brands grow smarter and faster.

• ✉️ Build and manage email drip campaigns and automations in Braze
• Execute A/B tests and optimize creative and copy for performance
• Conduct thorough QA checks for deliverability, tech setup, and audience targeting
• Help with weekly reporting via dashboards and performance tools
• Collaborate with Strategy, Ops, Brand & Creative teams to bring campaigns to life
• ️ Use Figma to document updates and coordinate feedback via Slack

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CRM/email marketing tools
• Hands-on experience using Braze — whether through a year of regular use or by building and launching several real-world campaigns.
• Expertise in end-to-end email campaign management and automation flows
• 1+ year of experience in project management in a marketing team
• Intermediate skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
• Excellent communication skills and a comfort level using Slack
• Availability to work during US business hours
  

• Experience with Iterable
• Familiarity with Tableau
• Basic HTML and API knowledge
• 1+ year of using Figma for project coordination (or willingness to learn!)
  

• Analyzing campaign results and offering performance-boosting recommendations
• Spotting trends and reporting across email initiatives
• Presenting insights and next steps to clients with clarity and confidence
